これはsubject and a verbがwhileの後に続いていますね。
こうなると上記4つの接続詞が使用可能。
despite / in spite of

名詞フレーズが続いていますね、このような場合は上記2つの接続詞を使用します
Nevertheless / Nonetheless
The delivery arrived extremely late. Nevertheless, it got here before our appointment with the client.
このように、2センテンスに別れる場合は、上記２つを使用します。
